Escape with friends or family to this well-located cottage in the popular seaside village of Broad Haven, nestled in the heart of St Brides Bay. With a canine companion welcome to join you, your entire pack can enjoy the inviting ambience and enclosed garden of this coastal home.

Accessed through the garden via the rear patio doors, this cottage welcomes you into the lounge/diner, where you’ll find two comfortable leather sofas and a dining table. The galley-style kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the lounge and comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your holiday or pack a lunch for your adventures. You’ll also find a double bedroom and a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor. Ascending to the first floor, you’ll discover two additional bedrooms—a double bedroom and a twin room with wonderful sea views. The gleaming family bathroom completes the internal layout. Outside, there’s a rear garden with a raised decking area and seating, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining after a day at the beach. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn.

The golden sand beach of Broad Haven is a perfect destination for family outings and water sports enthusiasts looking to surf or kayak, it’s also dog-friendly year-round to the south. The village offers a variety of seafront bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, and takeaways to sample. For a change of scenery, the neighbouring Little Haven is a mile away by car, or you can stroll across the beach at low tide. In the summer season, don’t miss the opportunity to take a trip to Skomer Island and witness the famous Pembrokeshire puffins, with boats departing from Martin’s Haven (9.5 miles) daily.

Great location close to beach, shop and several good places to eat. Dog friendly flooring and furnishings, good layout of rooms and plenty of space. Very good supply of hot water which was useful with teenagers. Generally great property.
