  • A split-level property with two living spaces, ideal for two families or groups of friends
  • Enjoy sea views from the balcony, and relax in the enclosed garden space with outdoor furniture
Property code: OC-M28337

Only 300meters to the beach! A gorgeous split-level townhouse oozing character and charm within 500 metres of Saundersfoot''s vibrant town centre and beach. This four-storey property features two separate living spaces, a balcony area with sea views and an enclosed garden perfect for children and four-footed friends. With easy access to sandy beaches, historic coastal towns and glorious countryside, it is the perfect base for exploring the Pembrokeshire National Park.

The bright and welcoming townhouse stands just off one of the main routes into the town centre. Warming tones and contemporary soft furnishings bring broad, naturally lit rooms across each floor to life, with plenty of space for guests who love “me time” as much as large social gatherings. The lower ground floor offers an open-plan lounge/diner, a handy alternative to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor. The latter is a great place to come together to swap stories about the day's adventures over good local food and even boasts a balcony with sea views. The townhouse''s five bedrooms are spread across three floors. There is a double bedroom and a separate shower room on the lower ground floor. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom and two bathrooms. The third floor is home to an en-suite double bedroom. The enclosed garden at the rear of the townhouse is safe for children and dogs alike, with plenty of room around its table and chairs for everything from morning coffees and al fresco lunches to fish and chip suppers and nightcaps under the stars.

Saundersfoot has dog-friendly pubs and shops, a pretty beach and enjoys easy access to Coppet Hall Beach (0.5 miles), Wiseman''s Bridge (1.5 miles) and Amroth (3.5 miles). Tenby (3 miles) is a must for its two beaches, bustling harbour and historic village centre.

  • 5 bedrooms - 3 doubles, 1 bunk bed (only suitable for children) and 1 twin
  • 4 bathrooms - 1 Jack and Jill style with walk-in-shower and WC, 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and WC, 1 shower room with walk-in-shower and WC, 1 separate WC

  • Travel cot and highchair available
  • TV, DVD player
  • Balcony and garden with furniture
  • Private parking for 2 cars and visitors parking nearby
  • Shop, pub and beach less than 0.25 miles

This property is in a fantastic location and perfect to house a large family/ friends get together. The two sitting rooms gave flexibility. We were blessed with perfect weather and this property acted as a perfect base to explore locally in Saundersfoot and more widely across the Pembrokeshire coast. I would definitely recommend.

The location is great, the house is nice, but the matrazes, the dining chairs and the parks need to be in a better condition for a 4-star rating.

Lovely spacious house in excellent location , clean except for dog hair underneath sofa cushions and comparing it with other properties in Saundersfoot we were dismayed by the poor quality of the furnishings, particularly the mattresses and some of the sofas. A comfortable nights sleep was impossible which was shame because it spoiled what otherwisRead moree was a lovely 4 night stay. Hide

Beautiful house with versatile living for separate families. The downstairs section worked well for our son and his girlfriend. There were a few cleaning issues which I have raised privately. Very close to the beach and shops which is great. Parking for 2 cars, however is a squeeze if 2 large vehicles. Garden is very dog secure which was an importaRead morent to us. All in all a lovely week spent with family in beautiful Saundersfoot. Hide

Fantastic location for the beach. Parking is a bit tight for 2 cars. Quite alot of noise at the weekend which is to be expected as the house is so close to bars and the night club. The downstairs patio could do with some attention as it felt a bit neglected. Very spacious house with good furniture and plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. We haRead mored a great time. Hide

Excellent location close to town centre and beach. The outside patio area was a little untidy but the house was good with plenty of room for our party of 10. Showers were excellent and clean and so was living area and kitchen. Bedrooms had adequate wardrobe and drawer storage although some of the beds were only 3/4 size.

The house suited us to a T. We had an elderly relative with us so being able to leave and enter to the front or the lower back door was just right as was the even on each floor. Access to the village was spot on

Hafan is a lovely place to stay. We were nine adults and there was plenty of room for all us to spread out. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the sea front and right by amenities. We stayed in the top bedroom and it was so peaceful up there, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves in a modern, relaxing house in Saundersfoot. The location is first class with easy access to Saundersfoot beach and harbour and all the surrounding area. The cottage is fully equipped with more than the normal 6 to 8 plates and mugs which was really good and plenty of toilets and bathrooms.

Gorgeous property and perfect for us ( 2 families). The second lounge worked really well with adults and children having separate living spaces whilst the location is fantastic with everything just a very short walk away. Had great meals out in numerous restaurants around Saundersfoot and even went in the sea every day (at the end of Oct!).
