Old World charm meets contemporary style at this gorgeous stone cottage, which is set in lush green countryside just 1.5 miles from the vibrant seaside town of Abersoch. Offering inviting living areas (including two lounges) and a small patio garden, the dog-friendly cottage is ideal for an active family or group of friends keen to enjoy long country walks, beach days and water sports across the Llyn Peninsula.

Set off a hedge-lined country lane and surrounded by miles of undulating farmland, this enchanting cottage has a comforting warmth and charm thanks to plush soft furnishings that are thoughtfully laid across light and airy rooms with tiled and carpeted flooring. The lounge''s wood burner comes into its own when temperatures slide, with plenty of space on comfortable sofas for everyone to come together. Memorable meals and conversations will flow down in the lounge/diner, which is only a few steps from the ample kitchen - a real haven for foodies. A shower room and a separate utility room with ample storage are conveniently positioned nearby, perfect after an eventful day out. The first floor''s two double rooms have a unique ambience and are beautifully complemented by a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, both of which are perfect for youngsters or guests travelling solo. A family bathroom rounds things off nicely. The enclosed garden is split between a patio and a lawned area, just right for a BBQ, with the latter offering enough space for family games with the dog in the thick of things.

The area surrounding Abersoch (1.5 miles) is crisscrossed by miles of footpaths, beaches and water sports opportunities. Abersoch village and beach are perfect for families, while the Llyn Coastal Path offers memorable vistas of the landscape (0.5 miles). Hell''s Mouth (1 mile) is great for surfing, while the scenic Porth Ceiriad Beach (2 miles) welcomes sunbathers and sandcastle builders.
