The good points were really comfortable beds , quality furnishing and swift access to centre. However the outside access stairs are dangerous , the hand held shower attachment in one bathroom didn't work and the box in the fridge hadn't been cleaned properly ( not life threatening I know but still) the backless benches and seating were uncomfortablRead moree as there was nowhere to rest your head. Also the noise from the bars is loud despite the double glazing and if its warm and you require air opening a window isn't really an option. It definitely needs to be highlighted that there are many stairs to surmount and when your in your sixties with luggage this is very tricky and arduous.Finally the heated towel rail had no instructions on how to turn it on ( another guest had asked this question in the book) and details of when and where to dispose of rubbish bags was not detailed. We did enjoy our stay despite the above but there is definite room for improvement. Hide

Property did not live up to expectations due to the cleaning standard being no where near as stated in the appartment folder. The location is very good for shops restaurants and walking, however, based on our experience could not recommend to a friend. The cleaning issues would have to rectified, they would have to be ok with a steep metal access Read morestaircase and tight parking depending on size of vehicle. Hide

The pictures really don't do this apartment justice. Was a comfortable and relaxing place, very well done and with everything you need for a lovely stay. We would return.

This apartment is very well appointed and comfortable with all modern conveniences. The beds and showers are particularly good and it is very well situated in terms of access to shops, restaurants and the Mumbles Bay front . It is also easy to leave your car in the alloted space and walk or use public transport. A note should perhaps be inseRead morerted in the description to warn anyone with mobility problems that the external staircase is quite steep, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, though a very nice place to stay and Mumbles is a lovely place with great cafes, restaurants and shops plus easy access to the Gower beaches Hide
