A sleek kitchen, cosy lounge and three pretty bedrooms make this elegant stone property a delightful retreat for families or friends. Head out to explore beaches and bike trails, golf courses and castles, and return to the pretty village where there''s a choice of three pubs for a relaxing evening with a pint or a delicious meal.

This lovely three-storey townhouse marries historic charm with modern comforts and has been decorated with a timeless sense of style. Kick your boots off in the hall then head into the inviting lounge/diner, a welcoming space in which to relax over supper and then curl up on the sofas, perhaps streaming a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has masses of cupboard space and even offers a breakfast bar for two and a Smart TV of its own, so the cook needn''t miss out on the news or a favourite show. On this level, there''s also a family bathroom. Head up the stairs to find the three bedrooms, with tasteful furniture, coordinated decor and ample storage. The king-size room also includes a Smart TV. A handy shower room completes the interior.

The cottage is set in lovely Llanbedr, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the River Artro valley. It''s just 1.5 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the spectacular Rhaeadr Nantcol Waterfalls. Lovely clean and well equipped cottage in an idyllic location, some great pubs in walking distance and lots to do within an hours drive. Would be happy to recommend it.

The owners have obviously made a huge effort to provide comfortable surroundings. Parking is so easy behind the maisonette and has all the essentials nearby. All the watering holes were friendly. Due to my arthritis I probably couldnt stay here again but would highly recommend it to others.
