Yet with indoor and outdoor lounges, a games room and an enclosed garden, there’s plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining here too.

Step inside this three-storey property to find a harmonious blend of Edwardian charm and contemporary flair. The interiors are delightful, combining bold colours and patterns with period-style furniture to stunning effect. The heart of this property is the stylishly appointed kitchen/diner, with a double range oven, a breakfast bar, and a large family dining table next to a feature fireplace. Enjoy chilled evenings watching TV in the inviting lounge, curl up with a book in the library snug, or gather on the covered terrace to enjoy quality time together in the fresh air. Five chic bedrooms offer sanctuaries of relaxation, arranged across all three storeys. Tackle the trails of Coed-y-Brenin Forest Park (9 miles), explore historical sites like Harlech Castle (15.5 miles), or play a round at the Royal St David’s Golf Club (15.5 miles). The seaside town of Barmouth (5 miles) offers a golden beach, a range of water sports, and several cultural and heritage attractions.

This holiday is fantastic. We stayed a week with 10 of us including children and 2 dogs. Never did we feel crowded or limited. The kitchen/dining room was the heart of our stay with us playing games and socialising. Even tho there is no garden just the front of the house and a patio out back there was still loads of room. The bedrooms was lovRead moreely and comfy. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The downstairs bedroom was fab esp for my parents. There is an incline going up to the house and parking opposite but there is a busy road you have to cross but to be honest even with the children it was fine. I would definitely visit again and there is so many places to visit that are near by with plenty of walks . Hide

Lovely house for a large family group, with plenty of sofas to relax on including a separate but adjacent small sitting area. Large family dining table. Kitchen very well equipped but a little small for so many adults. Great location for coast and mountains

The house is fantastic, very well stocked with lots of appliances in the kitchen. The big dinning table was used a lot and there was plenty of space for us all. Parking was fine at side of road, there was always space for our three cars. Bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have the option of singles. The outside space was nice specially with Read morethe outside seating and canopy, providing shade. We could have done with knowing that Asda would deliver to the house rather than trekking to Aberystwyth to the Tescos on the Sunday the day after we arrived, we topped up at co-op at Barmouth which was fine. We loved exploring the local walks in the woods by the waterfalls. The Dogs both enjoyed them selves and it was nice that the owners left lots of dog treats, bowls etc which are always handy. Also great that there are 2 gates for added security to prevent dogs or children from escaping. We would recommend staying here. thank you to Delyth and Brian for a lovely two weeks. Hide

Stunning property.. very homely and comfortable and spacious for our party of 10. High standard of cleanliness and the property had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone to stay here for both the property and the proximity to the local town and sightseeing!

An extremely well equipped, clean, very spacious and comfortable sytlish house. Very suitable for a three generation family lo holiday together. The zip link beds made comfortable sleeping and the bathroom facilities were good. The large dining table was great for family meals and great for after dinner family games. The kitchen was very well eRead morequipped. The location to reach castles beaches, waterfalls, mountains etc is excellent. The owners were very prompt in responding to a small issue we had.
