Go into the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with windows and French doors running the length of the room, wooden floors and beams, and a high ceiling. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, a cosy wood burner, a TV, and lots of books to read. Next to it is the kitchen/diner with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, and close by, there''s a king-size bedroom with another TV and great storage. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The owner greeted us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. The location was very quiet and gave easy access to walking in the open countryside and nearby woodland.

The property was lovely. The enclosed garden was fantastic for the dog and for us to sit out as we had fabulous weather.
