Enjoy spectacular mountain views from this converted barn at the edge of Eryri - the Snowdonia National park. An ideal escape for families, the bright and comfortable property has eco credentials and is located with country walks from the door and mountains, water sports, cycling and fabulous attractions for great days out all a short drive away.
Step into this simply furnished cottage and relish its open-plan living space, which has a tiled floor, high ceiling and pale walls. The cosy space at one end boasts a pair of sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for a night in after a day out exploring. For a separate place to sit with a coffee and a novel, head to the conservatory and its incredible mountain views. The kitchen has all the facilities you'll need to create delicious holiday meals, with the dining table just steps away. Two of the three bedrooms are on this floor - a double with an en-suite shower room and french doors leading to the patio, and a twin which has use of the family bathroom. There's an additional bedroom (watch out for the quirky, low ceiling), with two low beds, in the former crog loft. To enjoy some fresh air, step into your enclosed garden, where you'll find a swing seat, outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ for those sociable times in the sunshine or under the stars.
Located at the edge Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), the cottage is within easy reach of a variety of things to do, including exhilarating cycle rides, gentle walks and more challenging hikes and climbs. The small village of Bethesda, 1.5 miles away, has a pub and some shops, while Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry is the same distance. Yr Wyddfa - Snowdon and Llyn Padarn - Llanberis are 7.5 miles away, here you can go paddleboarding, kayaking and wild swimming. Both Caernarfon and Penrhyn castles are within 8 miles.
