The cottage is located in the small, peaceful village of Loveston which is within easy driving distance of some of Pembrokeshire's best attractions. The popular seaside town of Saundersfoot can be reached in just 6 miles and it's easy to see why visitors flock here every year. There's a beautiful golden sand beach, a bustling town filled with shops, bars and restaurants, plus there are excellent walks to be had along the coastal path to neighbouring villages such as Wiseman's Bridge, Amroth and Tenby. For family days out, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo can be reached in just 4.5 miles, or try a day out at historic Carew Castle (4.5 miles).
As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with a flagstone floor. The lounge leads off from here with its L-shaped sofa and an armchair cosily nestled around the TV and DVD player. The contemporary country kitchen and diner sits on the other side of the hallway, where you can easily make and prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day or pack a picnic for the family day out. Completing the ground floor is convenient utility cupboard with washing machine. Heading up to the first floor, you will find you two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are light, airy double rooms with storage for clothes and belongings. The bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
To the front of the property, the cottage enjoys a large balcony terrace with views out over the fields and countryside. There's a picnic bench and outdoor seating provided so you may enjoy a cool drink on a warm summer's evening or a meal al fresco after a fun day out exploring. Guests also have use of a communal BBQ and firepit area overlooking a large playing field – ideal for children to run around and play.
