This lovely lodge is cosy and welcoming, with an open-plan living space that features warm colours, exposed beams, a quarry-tiled floor and snuggly soft furnishings. Get comfortable on the sofas around the wood burner and spend an evening playing games or streaming a favourite film on the Smart TV. Your country-style kitchen includes everything necessary for cooking up hearty breakfasts and delicious suppers, with a dishwasher for convenience, too. There’s a shared laundry available on site which you are welcome to use. After a day’s adventures you can take a long soak in the bath, and at bedtime, head to the double bedroom with its pretty cast-iron bed. As well as parking for one car, you’ll have a private, enclosed decked garden furnished for relaxing among the sights and sounds of the idyllic countryside.

The village of Drefach Felindre, with its pub, fish and chip shop and stores, is less than 1 mile away, while Newcastle Emlyn, where you’ll find a tempting selection of shops and places to eat, is 3 miles. The fascinating National Wool Museum is 1 mile away, and there’s a choice of beaches, including Penbryn, Mwnt and Tresaith, within 18 miles.
