This converted stable has a number of charming original features, with its stone exterior and wooden beams. Inside, it offers comfortable open-plan living – the inviting lounge and dining area has soft seating, a cosy wood-burner and large patio doors flooding the room with natural light. Artwork peppers the walls so you feel right at home. After a day of exploring, cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, perhaps taking your food out to the patio on mild evenings. The Gower Peninsula is dotted with stunning sandy shores, the nearest being the gorgeous Oxwich Bay Beach (3.5 miles), part of a nature reserve comprising freshwater marshes, a salt marsh and with dense woodland - lots to explore! Don’t miss a trip to the iconic Three Cliffs Bay (5 miles), which attracts visitors from far and wide for its scenic limestone-backed sandy beach. A beautiful cottage in a lovely setting, with great views from every window. Spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped, I would have no hesitation in booking the Stables again.
