A little further away, discover footpaths and woodland trails in the Dyfnant Forest (6 miles), known for its lush scenery and rolling valley landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is similarly stunning (12 miles), with the Giants of Vyrnwy Trail providing an easy route around the water’s fantastic waterfalls.

Very clean , lovely spot , very welcoming , owners kept us in touch all the way until we arrived then left us alone leaving us to our privacy .

The cottage is very clean and well equipped. Warm, quiet, and cozy. It is surrounded by beautiful hills. It was so nice having our dinner at the terrace during the sunset.

A great place in the Welsh countryside. Enjoyed a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings and the property was very well presented with everything you would need. The welcome gifts were a great surprise. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for three nights wish it could have been longer the property was spotless and everything was to high standard the attention to detail was evident throughout and you can tell a lot of hard work had gone into the property a very nice touch was a little welcome hamper I enjoyed the cookies. The location was perfect for peace a quiet withRead more amazing views in the day and on a clear night the stars were spectacular . I thought everything about this stay was 5 star and cant wait to return . Plenty to do in the area with local walks and Welshpool within 20 mins drive would also recommend Powys castle great day out . Hide

This is a lovely little cottage that was very clean and well equipped. The shower was very nice and the heating kept us nice and cozy. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we loved the location.
