An enticing rural retreat, this gorgeous Llyn Peninsula barn is idyllic for a couple seeking a tranquil North Wales break. Sleeping just two guests, the studio-style cottage welcomes 1 dog, making it ideal for those wishing to bring four-legged friends. Set within the owner’s land, but enjoying privacy, the stone bolthole near Y Ffor is 3 miles from Pwllheli, with its beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants while the beautiful beaches of the Llyn Peninsular, including Abererch Sands, Nefyn, Porthdinllaen and LLanbedrog, are all within 8 miles. The beaches at Abersoch, 9.5 miles away, and Porth Neigwl, 11.5 miles from the barn, are also popular for swimming, surfing and walking. From Abersoch, you can take boat trips out to the St Tudwal’s Islands. For further adventures, the historic towns of Cricieth, Caernarfon and Harlech are all within 22 miles.

Take a couple of steps up to enter your delightful retreat and find yourselves in the open plan studio accomodation, with beams, a vaulted ceiling and whitewashed stone walls. Cleverly designed and beautifully furnished, with splashes of subtle colour here and there, this inviting space encompasses everything you are likely to require during your romantic stay. Wander over the kitchen to make a cup of tea or pull a bottle of chilled wine from the fridge. There is also ample space for you to rustle up a special meal for two that you can sit down to at the table. Fire up the wood burner-style gas fire and cuddle up on the sofa in front of a good film on the TV before having a steaming shower in the en-suite shower room and heading over to the double bed to indulge in a superb night’s sleep.

Outside, enjoy the private enclosed garden with a patio a lawn to enjoy your morning coffee. Light the BBQ on warm evenings and look out for shooting stars in the clear night skies. There is parking for one car at this barn.
