With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this immaculately renovated period property is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for an unforgettable escape in this idyllic part of Snowdonia. Set next to the beautiful River Artro, it’s located 1 mile from the pretty village of Llanbedr, where there are two excellent pubs, bike hire and a cluster of handy shops. A walk across the road and over the footbridge for about 100 metres, and you’ll reach the river and a natural plunge pool. With an array of hikes and trails nearby, this area is heaven for walkers and mountain bikers. The famous Royal St. David's Golf Club is just 3 miles away in Harlech, where you’ll also find the World Heritage Site of Harlech Castle, some great places to eat and a 6-mile sandy beach. From Barmouth, 7.5 miles, you can walk along the Mawddach Estuary admiring the spectacular views and catch a ferry to Fairbourne for a ride on the miniature railway.

Walk through the patio at the front and take the steps up to the door. Do be careful of the three steps down into this elegant room. When bedtime beckons, you’ll find the five gorgeous bedrooms spread over the first and second floors, all carefully designed for a good night’s sleep and with lovely views. On the first floor, you’ll find the king-size bedroom with an ornamental fireplace, along with two double bedrooms, a stylish shower room and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower – perfect for a leisurely start and finish to the day.
