Tucked away in the stunning South Wales countryside, this spacious detached holiday home offers a memorable group getaway. Sleeping 12 guests, with room for four additional children using extra daybeds, it’s an ideal retreat for families or friends, complete with crackling wood burners, original features and an enclosed private garden.

Inside, the property is steeped in character, with exposed stone walls and timber beams overhead. The two cosy lounges, each with a wood burner, are perfect for adults and children to unwind in their own space. A snug with a TV/DVD, books and games offers even more room for relaxation. The farmhouse kitchen/diner is a sociable setting, featuring a well-equipped kitchen on one side and a long dining table on the other, with a third wood burner for added warmth. Spread over three floors, the six bedrooms and three bathrooms provide plenty of privacy and comfort. Two staircases lead to separate wings of the first floor, offering separation for different groups within the house. At the top of one staircase, is a king-size bedroom, a super-king-size zip-and-link room, and a bathroom. The second staircase leads to a double bedroom and a king-size room with two additional daybeds, plus another bathroom. Continue up to the third floor, where you’ll find a king-size bedroom with a daybed, a zip-and-link super-king-size room (can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) with a daybed, and a shower room. Step outside into the enclosed gardens, where the greenery surrounding the house creates a peaceful, private escape for al fresco dining, morning coffees, or evening drinks. Ample private parking is provided.

Located between Builth Wells (9 miles) and Brecon (7 miles), you’ll have easy access to the rolling hills, charming market towns, and outdoor adventures that this area is known for.
