This unique lodge-style property is set within a peaceful holiday park, around 2 miles from New Quay. Sleeping up to four guests, this welcoming two-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy a coastal getaway together. It’s also pet-friendly, perfect for those who wouldn’t dream of escaping without their furry companion. Spend your days exploring the beautiful Cardigan Bay coastline and wider West Wales, then return to enjoy the on-site bar with its various pop-up food events before settling in for a cosy evening.

On arrival, take a few steps up to the large private deck of this detached lodge. The south-facing deck is enclosed and spacious, offering a spot to sit outdoors - perfect for your first brew of the day or a long-awaited evening sundowner. From here, step inside through a glass door and admire the impressive décor and rich tones of the open-plan living space. The luxurious lounge area, with soft seating and a Smart TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings. Take turns whipping up delicious dinners in the well-appointed kitchen area, then dine together at the dining table or out in the fresh air on the deck. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, make your way to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The twin bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower.

While the property enjoys a peaceful, remote location, there is a bus service directly outside the holiday park, offering easy access to New Quay. This vibrant seaside town is a beloved destination for holidaymakers, featuring a beautiful arc of golden sand and safe waters for swimming. The Cardigan Bay Watersports Centre offers guided kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. Also worth visiting is the neighbouring town of Aberaeron (5.5 miles), accessible via the Wales Coast Path, where you can soak up local heritage and small-town charm.

A very quiet location with well tended grounds, the property is well looked after and has everything you need for a lovely stay.

Lovely lodge and just the right size for both myself, my husband and our two boxer dogs. The location is idyllic and extremely peaceful. The lodge had everything we needed and even included a welcome pack. We will be definitely staying again.

North Star is a small lodge on a quiet, well maintained site. The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome gifts of milk, bread, butter and Welsh Cakes a nice touch. Unfortunately due to a painful injury prior to our holiday, our stay was cut short. We found the lodge clean and parking just a short walk away. Overall the lodge was really good ,it was a shame the clubhouse wasn't open I spoke to a lodge owner and they said it's not been open for months,would of been nice to have a drink and food in there. The property has everything you need for your holiday and is situated on a lovely quiet site in easy reach of Newquay. We had an issue with the WiFi connection but this was quickly sorted via a telephone call from the owner.

The North Star was a piece of heaven. Everything was thought about, throws for the sofa, for the dogs. Milk in.the fridge on arrival. Set in a lovely area.
