Get the whole gang together in the delightful holiday home sitting in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the lovely village of St Florence and within walking distance of a park, shop, cafe and dog friendly pub serving food. Sleeping nine people, this is a perfect accommodation for large families or groups of friends in search of a spacious retreat to call home while they explore the beauty of the Pembrokeshire coast together. Family days out include Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities or Wedlock Deer park all within a 1.5 mile radius. History buffs will love exploring Manorbier Castle (3.5 miles) along with Carew Castle and Tidal Mill (5 miles) – home to the only restored tidal mill in Wales, which is set against the scenic backdrop of a traditional millpond. If you prefer the beach, you are spoilt with either Saundersfoot Beach (5.5 miles) or spend a glorious day stretching out on the golden sands of Tenby Castle Beach (4.5 miles) and then taking a stroll along the town’s well-preserved medieval walls. In the evening, come home to your cottage to take a soothing dip in the hot tub.
From the parking area (there’s room for four vehicles), head inside and store your walking gear in the porch. The porch leads to the main hallway and the light and bright, spacious lounge. Relax by the wood burner before heading to the large open-plan country-style kitchen to whip up some dinner. Share a delicious meal in the stylish dining area. After dinner, lose yourself in a good book in the cosy snug, or head to the lounge to catch up on your favourite TV shows. At the end of the day, head upstairs and you’ll find four inviting bedrooms that are styled in soft, neutral tones – offering a fresh yet relaxing vibe. Two of the rooms have king-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms include a cosy double and a fun bunk room. A spacious family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower rounds off the first floor. You’ll also find a handy WC downstairs, just off the utility room. In the morning, head to the conservatory to enjoy the garden views while you sip on a freshly-brewed coffee.
Outside you’ll find a charming garden with a lawn and decorative gravel pathways. Take a few steps up to the elevated patio to dine alfresco while admiring the country views. Afterwards, treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub, which is tucked under a gazebo.
