Situated in the seaside village of Mumbles, this delightful old cottage is conveniently located for the perfect family holiday. Mumbles village offers local shops, ice cream parlours, pubs and excellent children's play facilities. Langland Bay (1.5 miles) has a great brasserie and cafe on the beach. The city of Swansea with its marina and many attractions is 4.5 miles away, whilst Rhossili Bay Beach is within a 17-mile drive. Worms Head Causeway is well worth a visit, providing a host of walking opportunities along with the option to view the famous Devil’s Bridge.

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely home for families or couples. Step through the front door and enter the open-plan living area with soft seating, a TV and a log burner to get cosy after a day exploring the area. The dining area is on a higher tier reached by a few steps. From here you can walk through to the fully-fitted kitchen, where there is access to the roof patio. Please be aware that the wooden steps up to the patio are very steep.
