This spacious holiday home sits on the north-west edge of Eryri - Snowdonia National Park, providing easy access to both the mountains and the coast. The property sleeps seven guests and is perfect for large families and groups of friends, with good social spaces and a seven-seater hot tub. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to nearby walks, and the Lon Las cycle route is just 500 metres away. For adrenaline-seekers, a trip to Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry (1.5 miles) is a must.
The detached barn conversion has a homely feel, with beautiful soft furnishings and accessories making your stay as comfortable as possible. The decor is neutral and almost every window frames a stunning mountain view. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright lounge/diner, where you can gather for family mealtimes and sink into the sumptuous sofas to watch the Sky TV/DVD. From here, wander into the sunny conservatory, which is the perfect place to relax with a coffee and take in your spectacular location. A small kitchen is also on the ground floor, along with a double bedroom with its own shower cubicle. The two remaining bedrooms are upstairs; there’s a double with an en-suite shower room and a triple room with three single beds. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. The outside area is impressive, comprising a lawn, patio area for al fresco dining, and an indulgent seven-seater hot tub.
Those with their sights set on Yr Wyddfa - Snowdon can head to Llanberis (8 miles), where walking routes to the summit begin, as well as the mountain railway. Beautiful Lake Padarn (7.5 miles) offers some less energetic walking opportunities, and is also a lovely spot for paddleboarding, canoeing, and wild swimming. Further afield, the historic towns of Conwy and Caernarfon are within 17 miles.
