Gather your family and friends and escape to this elegant cliff-top property in the picturesque village of Little Haven. With easy access to both Little Haven and Broad Haven’s stunning beaches, and far-reaching views over the village and coast, it sets the scene for coastal adventures in Pembrokeshire.

Park in the off-road parking bay (there’s space for two cars) before stepping into this magnificent seaside home. Bright and airy throughout with large windows framing sea views, this property blends period charm with modern comforts for a warm and inviting atmosphere. With dual-aspect windows, the characterful living area is flooded with natural light and divided into two seating areas, one for watching TV and the other for cosying around the wood burner. With sleek white cabinets and a double range oven, the kitchen is a dream for keen chefs, and there’s plenty of space to enjoy your meals with a formal dining table, a table for casual meals in the lounge, as well as outdoor dining facilities. For quiet moments, retreat to the naturally lit study with its skylight and porthole window, ideal for reading or working. When night falls, head upstairs where you’ll find four beautifully styled bedrooms, a roomy king-size with an en-suite and sweeping sea views, a double with a bay window and sink, plus twin and bunk rooms. A family bathroom, wet room and separate WC on both floors add comfort and convenience. Make the most of the spectacular location by dining alfresco or enjoying sunset drinks outside, where you’ll find two patio areas, plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ and a well-maintained lawn.

Enjoy lazy days, swimming, surfing or hiking the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path. There are several pubs within Little Haven, while Broad Haven offers traditional seaside days with its sandy beach, water sports and choice of cafes, restaurants and pubs. This cottage has possibly the best view in Little Haven, but that is about it. We cannot recommend the rather run-down property due to old and musty furnishings (stained tables, mouldy curtains, yellowed books, permanently dripping taps.) The photographs are somewhat deceiving. The bathrooms are new however. We made a written complaint and were notRead more taken seriously! Hide

Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The weather was unkind to us so we plan to return to enjoy the outdoor space which had glorious views.

Fantastic location, wonderful sea views. Little Haven has 3 pubs 2 sell food and 1 has only snacks. The cottage was cosy spacious and comfortable with a large terrace which gets the sun most of the day. If the weather is not too good you can just sit indoors and watch the sea views through the large bay windows. Plenty of equipment in the kitchenRead more for cooking and dining. Hide

Amazing location - being so close to the beach was great for a young family (6&10). Fantastic property, with plenty of space, wonderful views and an aga always on to dry your clothes! Little Haven was also great, 3 pubs that do very good food, a lobster shop and cafes all within 2 minutes walk. Whilst we were there (Easter holidays), a travelling sRead moreauna was on the beach and we took a boat ride to Skomer Island to see the Puffins and Seals but got the bonus of seeing Dolphins as well. The cottage was beautiful, spacious and well equiped, with fantastic views and a great location. We were able to cook for 8 comfortably and enjoyed using the electric Aga. Close walk to 3 pubs in the village and not far to walk to Broad Haven. We all enjoyed our stay!

Location is everything, they say, and this house proves that! Probably the best house in Little Haven for views but also ease of access to the village pubs and shops. We'll look forward to coming back again!
