Perched in an enviable location overlooking Swansea Bay, this spacious, four-bedroom holiday home offers a dream coastal escape. Located around half a mile from the village centre, guests can soak up spectacular 180-degree views stretching from Oystermouth Castle to the sparkling curve of the bay. With its elevated terrace and proximity to the Gower Peninsula’s renowned beaches, it’s a wonderful base for extended families and groups of friends to blend seaside adventure with relaxed, scenic living.

Step inside to discover a bright, open-plan living space where wide patio doors frame ever-changing sea vistas and fill the home with natural light. The lounge, warmed by a wood burner, is ideal for cosy evenings in, while the sleek kitchen with its range cooker makes group meals a pleasure. There’s a choice of dining locations, with two tables inside, plus an outdoor table on the terrace. Upstairs, four thoughtfully designed bedrooms cater to all ages: two king-size (one with breathtaking sea views and an en-suite), a twin with its own en-suite, and a playful bunk room that’s perfect for children. A family bathroom completes the interior, which has a fresh and contemporary style throughout. Outside, the glass-fronted terrace is made for sunset drinks and summer BBQs, while the lawned garden offers a safe space for children to play. Practical touches include a utility room and parking for two cars. Please note that there are 20 concrete steps leading up to the property.

Mumbles is loved for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, foodie hotspots and stunning coastal scenery. We had a fabulous time. The house is lovely. It's in a less rural area than we usually go to, but we booked it as the location is brilliant, plus the website pictures looked very impressive.....it did not disappoint, having everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. A bonus was the lovely weather enabling us to walk all the amazing beaches weRead more wanted to. Hide

A lovely light, airy design marred by the points made above. Our Canadian relatives were disappointed as it was not the 5 star accommodation they were expecting.
