Lovely little cottage, was perfect for our girl holiday away. Loved waking up in the morning and sitting out in the garden listening to all the birds and seeing all the woodpeckers go by! Was super cosy in the evenings and overly just an amazing place.

Lovely cottage and garden, quiet location, accessible both open countryside and local attractions but, watch out for the low beams!

As stated above, they garden furniture is not fit for purpose. In the cottage certain areas could do with better cleaning . There are a large amount of cobwebs all over the cottage which have been there for some time.

A wonderful cottage where the owner went above and beyond to give us a warm Christmas welcome with a Christmas tree and decorations etc. Perfect size for 4 and fabulous walks/views from the doorstep. The cottage was very well equipped so we had everything we needed for a week's break. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful property, the old bread oven an outstanding feature. Loved the trinkets and ornaments all over the cottage. Very cosy and would definitely stay again.

This property is in a good, quiet location between Hay-on-Wye and Brecon. Its also just a 5 min drive from a nice, local pub in Llyswen called The Griffen, which serves lovely food. The property itself has lots of character, is well-equipped, clean and in good condition. However, you need to be mindful of the low beams in the bedrooms, as even I Read morehad to duck and Im only 52 tall! Hide

Cozy, comfortable, quiet and away from it all. A lovely view of sheep in the neighbouring field and to sit out and have a coffee.
