A welcoming home-from-home dormer bungalow located in the heart of the picturesque village of Llanbedrog, halfway between Pwllheli and Abersoch, is ideal for families and friends seeking a restful holiday with easy access to the scenic Llyn peninsula. Llanbedrog Beach (0.5 miles), with charming, colourful beach huts and inviting shallow water, is ideal for families. The village has several eateries and an art gallery (Plas Glan y Weddwr). For a chance to spot local wildlife, such as dolphins and seals, walk the coastal path to the lovely seaside resort of Abersoch (3 miles in one direction).

This attractive, detached double-fronted property has relaxing hues throughout and decor that reflects the coastal location. Sink into the plush sofas in the lounge area, pop a log in the wood burner on chilly nights and chat or watch a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook up a storm, plus a Smart TV to keep everyone entertained. Eat together at the dining table while planning your holiday activities. On the ground floor is a separate shower room and a stylish bathroom with a free-standing roll-top bath, along with two double bedrooms. Head upstairs, and you'll find two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower). There's plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind and socialise, making for an enjoyable stay. The property has a delightful enclosed rear garden with a lawn, a paved patio with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Private parking is available for four cars.

Head to the beaches along this stretch of the lovely coastline, with Ty'n Towyn, a quieter location, and Traeth Pwllheli, ideal for long walks and breathtaking views, both within 5 miles. If you appreciate beautiful gardens, then National Trust Plas Yn Rhiw (6.5 miles) is a must-visit. Keen hikers should head 11 miles north to experience the peaks at Yr Eifl.

Had a lovely week staying the house to celebrate a 60th birthday, everything is very comfortable, plenty of room, the wood burner was definitely needed as the weather was not the best (but to be expected in March). We loved the Hot Tub even when it was windy and tried snowing! Would highly recommend this property.
