The property is 4 miles from the vibrant town of Lampeter, which has a great selection of independent shops. Enjoy countryside walks directly from your front door.

Enter this delightful stone cottage into a light and airy kitchen, which features all the equipment you need to make meal preparations a breeze. A central island is ideal for a morning coffee as you plan the day’s itinerary. From the kitchen, a few steps lead up to the inviting lounge/diner, with a contemporary styling and two chic sofas set around a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner.
