A handy utility room with extra fridge/freezer space, laundry facilities and a family shower room add a practical touch. The loft-style lounge on the first floor has a definite wow factor, with a soaring ceiling and panoramic window offering a sense of light and space. Comfy seating, Sky TV with movies and sports and an open fire set the scene for cosy nights in. Two bedrooms are located on the same floor, a king-size with a TV and en-suite, and a twin with rooftop views towards the sea. The third bedroom, a snug single, is located beneath the eaves, a few steps up from the lounge. A small seating area to the front of the property invites people-watching with a cuppa, while French doors from the king-size bedroom lead to a private courtyard with bistro seating for al-fresco drinks and dining in the fresh sea air. A permit is provided for one car in a nearby public car park (100 metres).
Stroll to Little Haven’s sandy beach to delve into rock pools, build sandcastles, and go swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. At low tide, you can walk to Broad Haven’s sandy shores, renowned for its safe bathing waters. Keen walkers can join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to St Brides (4.5 miles) or on to Musselwick Sands (7 miles).
