The large dining room is the perfect place to gather and enjoy tasty treats that have been prepared across the three stunning kitchens. Across the ground, first, and second floor, each bedroom has been lovingly designed with comfort in mind. There are three en-suite king-sizes, two king-sizes, a single, a double, an en-suite attic family room with a king-size and two singles, two en-suite doubles, two twins, and a second family room with a super-king-size and two singles. Outside, the 2-acre grounds offer something for everyone to enjoy, from a patio terrace and enclosed courtyard to a games barn and fire pit. There is private parking for ten cars.

This countryside spot on the border of the Brecon Beacons is 3.5 miles from the market town of Brecon, which boasts an iconic cathedral and narrow streets lined with Georgian and Jacobean shopfronts. Hay-on-Wye, with its bookshops, quirky boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, along with a weekly farmers’ market, can be reached within 14.5 miles. Water sports enthusiasts can hire a rowing boat or kayak at Llangorse Lake, 4.5 miles away, whilst nature lovers can explore Talgarth and Pwll y Wrach Nature Reserve (8.5 miles). The delightful village of Talybont-on-Usk, with its postcard-perfect scenery, quaint village shops, cafes and pubs, can be reached within 5.5 miles.
