The property, which is set in the peaceful hamlet of Rhiwlas, is surrounded by enchanting woodlands and is perfectly placed for walks in the wild. The stylish abode sleeps eight guests and has an abundance of entertainment and social spaces for friends and family to enjoy. After a day of adventure, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or have a fun-filled evening in the games room.

The stunning, rural retreat oozes luxury, with sleek furniture, contemporary decor, and bespoke design features. The kitchen area has all the equipment and worktop space needed to cater for a large group, and there’s a central island with bar stools for informal dining, or an elegant table set under a glass atrium for formal gatherings. After dinner, recline on the comfortable sofas with a glass of wine, or head through to the inviting lounge to stretch out on a leather sofa and watch the Smart TV in the glow of the wood burner. Alternatively, while away the evening challenging your fellow guests to a game of table tennis or table football in the games room. A handy utility/boot room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, four immaculate bedrooms await, all beautifully decorated and furnished and boasting their own en-suite facilities. One of the bedrooms also has a dressing room, conservatory, and direct access to the garden. Outside, you’ll find a choice of areas for socialising and relaxation. The fabulous, paved patio enjoys far-reaching views and has feature lighting and furniture for al fresco dining, as well as a wood-fired hot tub. In the summerhouse, discover a collection of outdoor games to enjoy on the expansive lawn. Guests are also welcome to explore the 9 acres of woodland enveloping the property.

The ancient town of Oswestry is 6.5 miles away and is the perfect place for a spot of retail therapy, with lively street markets and an excellent collection of independent shops. The town has a busy calendar of events and is also a popular base for walkers, with the long-distance Offa’s Dyke Path passing just 3 miles away.
