This elegant townhouse within the medieval walls of Conwy is an excellent choice for four guests looking to explore North Wales. You’ll be surrounded by coastline, historic attractions and scenic mountain trails. With a rolltop bath, a garden and a bright, quirky lounge, you’ll have everything you need for a restful getaway with your loved ones.

Step inside and find yourself in the elegant lounge with tones of blue, green and pink throughout. At the centre of attention is the original fireplace with floral tiles on either side of the coal-effect electric fire. Beneath the chandelier lighting are two plump sofas and a Smart TV. Continue into the farmhouse-style kitchen with red tile flooring and tones of blue throughout. In the centre of this room is a wooden dining table with five chairs. There is a one-wall fitted kitchen unit with wooden countertops and white cabinets. Beyond here is a pantry/utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a double and a twin. Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with a picnic bench. There is parking at a public car park nearby (350 metres).

Get to know the market town of Conwy and wander along the historic walls until you reach the hilltop 13th-century Conwy Castle (0.5 miles). Browse the local shops and cafes before venturing further afield to the golden sandy Conwy Morfa Beach (1.5 miles). Head to the windswept island of Anglesey (18.5 miles) for a day exploring the pristine, remote sandy beaches. Put on your hiking boots and go on an adventure in Snowdonia National Park with a trip to Rhaeadr Fawr waterfall (12 miles) or hike to the summit of Mount Snowdon (27 miles).
