Location quiet and beautiful. Many interesting places to visit apart from good walking options. Crickhowell the nearest town has excellent shops and the Bear Hotel can be recommended for food. Tretower Castle nearby is presented well .

A delightful cottage, in a beautiful location. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our time at the cottage, which was well equipped and had very comfy beds. Hiking, castles and eating lots were the order of the day. The owners were helpful and considerate, alerting us to a problem with the water pump we hadn't been aware of, and fixing it very prompRead moretly. Just a note on timing as some footpaths were closed due to the upcoming Green Man festival which made some walks tricky. Hide

really great out of the way location, so all you city folk be prepared to learn how to drive your 4 by4s especially in reverse because it accessed by a very narrow lane with animals and horses and YOU have to give way so enjoy LOL
