This cosy and traditional three-bedroom property in the Gower National Landscape is a lovingly resorted farm worker’s cottage. With wooden beamed ceilings, two lounge areas and a garden, you’ll be set for a special and memorable getaway with your loved ones. Explore the vast expanses of golden sandy shores of this idyllic part of South Wales during your time away.

Inside you’ll find a welcoming neutral-toned lounge with wooden furnishings, wooden beamed ceilings and accents of grey throughout. At the centre of attention is the wide exposed brick inglenook fireplace with an open fire. The second lounge with a wooden feature wall and a feature fireplace contains three blue arm chairs and a selection of games to choose from. Continue into the kitchen/diner to find a farmhouse-style kitchen unit with wooden countertops on top of the red tiled flooring. Opposite, beside the exposed stone wall, is a dining table. Completing the ground floor is a utility room. Climb the stars to reach a contemporary family bathroom and three bedrooms – an en-suite double and two twin rooms. Outside is a spacious enclosed garden with a lawn and furniture. There is private parking for two cars.

While staying on the outskirts of Parkmill, you’ll have a heritage centre, pub and ruins of Pennard Castle within 1.5 miles. Wander down the hill to the grassy hills and cliff-backed Three Cliffs Bay (1.5 miles). Head to Pwll Du Beach (5 miles) to follow the coastal path to Brandy Cove and Redley Cliff (5.5 miles).
