The owners of this property are passionate about sustainability, and whilst on holiday, you can learn all about farm life and eco-living. Nestled on a working farm in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, it is the epitome of slow living, this conscious country retreat is a wonderful escape for young families or nature-loving groups of friends. Hike in the beauty of the Brecons alongside a curly-haired companion with the onsite Jacob Sheep Trekking, before gathering for an al fresco afternoon tea in the lush garden.

This stone property features a relaxed cottage interior with exposed wooden beams, earthy tones, and floral soft furnishings. Unravel outer layers at the door then pad along the custom-grown oak flooring into the spacious living area. Whip up a post-adventure snack board in the eggshell shaker kitchen. Perch at the wooden-topped breakfast bar with a brew and flick through a local guidebook. Step down into the lounge and curl up on the seating by the French doors that spill onto a sweeping patio. In winter months, warm weary feet by the roaring wood burner. As the night draws in, venture into the main lounge/diner/games room. Those with a competitive streak can enjoy a high-stakes round of table football while the leisure-seekers unwind with a movie on the Smart TV. Gather around the glossy feasting table and enjoy a leisurely dinner. Rest up in your choice of three airy bedrooms, consisting of a ground floor super-king/twin with en-suite, a bright double, and a twin. There is also a separate nursery with two cots. Outside, get grilling on the BBQ as you wave hello to the resident sheep.
