The roaring coal-effect electric fire, ceiling beams and sumptuous soft furnishings create a true warmth in the cosy lounge that invites tired travellers to unwind at the end of a busy day. Reminiscent of a rustic farmhouse with its delightful cottage-style decor, the kitchen/diner will capture your imagination, inspiring you to get creative with your fantastic local produce before planning tomorrow’s adventure seated around the charming dining table. Retaining much of the original mill’s period charm and character, both double bedrooms upstairs offer a haven of tranquillity to retire to; large picture windows frame stunning views to wake up to before beginning your next adventure with an invigorating shower in the contemporary family shower room. Outside, make the most of your stunning surroundings by dining alfresco on the private patio before venturing around the shared grounds to discover a wonderful lawn, established borders, and a raised deck overlooking a stream – the perfect picnic spot.

Excellent hosts. Welcome basket really nice touch. So peaceful and comfortable. In particular the beds were perfect for a good nights sleep. The area is in good position for walking but also driving to the main attractions in the area. A couple of very good restaurants to drive to. Would happily have stayed longer
