This traditionally styled house is bursting with character, having retained much of its original charm including exposed beams, a wood burner and a relaxing roll-top bath. Those in search of adventure will have the opportunity to join a stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to soak in the scenery from Abercastle, just 2 miles away.

At the heart of the home is the warm and welcoming living room, furnished with leather sofas beside an impressive wood burner which kicks out plenty of warmth in the winter months. Next door, the kitchen/diner is filled with interesting features, from the eight-seater antique dining table to the exposed beams overhead. Here, you can cook and dine with your loved ones during your stay whilst soaking up the views of the garden and surrounding farmland. Upstairs, there are three tastefully styled bedrooms looking out towards the sea or countryside, starting with the master which features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second room also features a king-size bed, whilst the final room has a zip-and-link king-size bed which can be made up as a twin upon request. Finally, the bathroom completes the layout with a comfortable roll-top bath, perfect for long evening soaks.

Porthgain (4 miles) is a beautiful yet quiet place to visit to wander along the harbour and enjoy a bite to eat. For a day out, Britain’s smallest city St Davids (8 miles) is a must-visit to see its impressive cathedral and Oriel y Parc Gallery. What’s more, you’ll even have the opportunity to hop aboard one of the unique boat trips which take you around some of the wild offshore islands including Ramsey and Skomer where you may be lucky enough to see puffins, dolphins or whales.

The place stank of damp as soon as we walked in, it was cold and unwelcoming. My husband spent the first 40 mins or so vacuuming spiders and webs. There wasnt a hand towel in the en-suite, or a mat in the shower room, also no hand soap. We noticed there werent any pillow protectors on any of the uncomfortable pillows and they were stained yellow. BRead moreleach stained tea towels in the kitchen, the whole place needs a revamp. We paid 841 for a week for a 4* cottage, this was 2* at best Hide

We had a lovely stay at Rehoboth Chapel House with our 2 dogs. The accommodation is clean, comfortable & well equipped. The setting is peaceful with great walks nearby. There are beaches within a short driving distance. We will definitely put this at the top of our favourite places to stay.

The location is fabulous. However, the accommodation was not very clean ( I had to dust the TV down) and there are minimal provisions (eg 1 bleach stained towel for a weeks stay, no toiletries, empty dog treat jar, damp old instant coffee) The downstairs has a strong damp smell which meant the cosy time in described in the listing, was not enjoyablRead moree. Overall felt more like a youth hostel experience so therefore not at all value for money. Hide

What a gorgeous cottage! In a beautiful peaceful location. Beds and sofas were really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. The wet room downstairs was a bonus. Cottage was clean and homely Garden was lovely, with comfortable garden chairs to sit with a glass of wine watching the sun going down over the sea! We will definitely book again!

Lovely cottage, perfect for dog owners, with an enclosed garden and a public footpath through open fields right from the door. St Davids is less than 15 minutes drive and the shop at the nearby garage (half a mile) has all the essentials.

It is an old cottage and the owner was very efficient in responding to the one issue. The house is very near some lovely coast.
