This coastal cottage is in the idyllic village of Penally, just 1 mile from the colourful seaside resort of Tenby. The property sleeps four guests and is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. The village’s picturesque beach is just 0.5 miles away and you’ll also have easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

The traditional cottage is decorated in calming, neutral tones and pastel shades, and you’ll find a whole host of homely touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the ground floor, discover a stylish kitchen with everything needed to whip up delicious dinners, along with a breakfast bar to perch at with a morning coffee. Just off the kitchen is a bright conservatory/sunroom with an extendable dining table overlooking the garden. A double bedroom and contemporary family shower room complete this level. Upstairs, unwind in the beautiful lounge, which boasts far-reaching coastal views and has comfortable seating set around a Smart TV. Adjacent to the lounge is an inviting king-size bedroom. Outside, relax in the sunshine in the enclosed patio garden, dining alfresco or sipping a glass of wine as you admire the views across the golf course towards Giltar Point.

Penally is a quiet, coastal village with a couple of cosy pubs and a friendly village shop. Its sand and shingle beach rarely gets busy, even in the height of summer, and is a lovely spot for a picnic or a stroll along the shoreline. The beach leads into Tenby’s South Beach, which is popular with families and water sports enthusiasts. You can reach Tenby’s vibrant town centre (1 mile) along the beach or via the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Tenby is a lively seaside town, with plenty of eateries, independent shops, and local attractions to enjoy.

Lovely cottage very clean and tidy great location very peaceful sleep. A walk away from beach and Tenby town great for dog walking. Would definitely stay again very thoughtful owners left a lovely hamper full of goodies much appreciated.

We first visited Kingfisher cottage in 2022, this was our fourth consecutive visit and weve come home and booked for next year! We love love love the location and the cottage is such a home from home I can see us returning for many years to come. Comfortable and well equipped cottage with lovely views to the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making it a real home from home. The dog loved the beach!

Welcoming and well equipped. On this occasion very Christmassy which I didnt expect. Nice touch though. Peaceful and in easy walking or driving distance to Tenby or local garage shop. Hard not to love this place.

An absolutely amazing cottage, wonderfully clean with all the comforts of home. Great thought had obviously been put in to catering to families, with beach equipment, games and books for all age groups. The location is fantastic, with the beach a ten minute walk away, the train station is five minutes away which provides direct and cheap travel to Read moreTenby. Our family had an amazing stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Fabulous location with stunning views and a safe secure outdoor area for pets. Facilities and equipment at the cottage were outstanding. Nothing was forgotten. The welcome pack was of great quality and was a lovely surprise on arrival.

We absolutely loved it, you really thought of everything. The place was in a fantastic location. Loved the walk to Tenby. It was a beautiful cottage. We enjoyed just sitting in the garden too on a night. Would definitely go back.
