Leaving no member of the family behind, this farmhouse property is also dog-friendly with a private enclosed patio where Rovers can roam.

Modern-meets-traditional in this impressive house, where authentic beams, stone-flagged flooring and exposed stone walls feature alongside up-to-date tech and a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Highlights include the two separate lounges, both with comfy seating and Smart TVs and one with a wood burner and the addition of an Xbox. The whole family can come together in the generous kitchen, sitting down to dine in the conservatory or out on the patio. Four bedrooms are laid out alongside three bathrooms across the ground and first floors, one of which offers a zip-and-link bed made up as a twin or a super-king size for added versatility.

In this spectacular valley location, there are walks and biking routes all around, so step out of your front door and into an adventure. The nearest pub is in Rhos (1 mile) and offers a great spot to end your walk before moseying home. For further days out, nearby attractions include the National Wool Museum (4 miles), the vibrant town of Newcastle Emlyn (7 miles) and the Cardigan Bay coastline (15 miles). The stunning seaside village of Aberporth offers an ever-pleasant beach that’s dog-friendly year-round.

  • The enclosed area designated for dogs is located to the rear of the property only, dogs are not permitted on the furniture and strictly NO dogs upstairs or on the staircase.
  • No footwear to be worn upstairs or food or drinks allowed to be taken to the bedrooms
  • Caution-Lambing takes place within the working farm in and around the 3rd week of  March until the end of April, owner happy to share this experience with you if you wish. Dogs will be requested to stay on the lead at all times.

Carys and Daryl are lovely welcoming people and met us as we got there to greet us and explain everything and give us some ideas of which beaches to go with the dogs. The generous welcome gift was ate and drank in a couple of days . Lovely gesture. The cottage is huge lots of space with everything you need home from home . The cottage is spotlessRead morely clean , towels and bed linen gorgeous. Wise to take your own extra towels if you going into the hot tub twice or three times a day like we did. If I could rate this a 10 star I would, highly recommend this for a great family get away. Was easy to get to the premises, just a 40 min drive and you were at most of the tourists destinations, we drove 3 hours to get to Zip world and the views along the way were amazing, also well worth it.

The only review we can give is 5* plus, but shh do not tell everyone, a true hidden gem, in stunning countryside location. The owners were amazing, greeting us on arrival, providing a gorgeous welcome basket and advising us on places to visit during our stay. The house is large and comfortable, and our teenagers really enjoyed the games room (pool Read more& darts), the dogs were free to roam the vast garden and we all (not the dogs) loved the hot tub. The cottage was absolutely lovely. The experience was enhanced by the hot tub and game room, and the log burner in the living room added even more character to the cottage. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful scenic location, you can see the cute little lambs around. Lovely hosts. Very clean and spacious with everything you need. Games room and jacuzzi a big hit with our 12 and 13 year old boys. Nice places to eat and visit in the area.

Beautiful property in a wonderful peaceful location. Thank you to the lovely owners for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts of this property as well as the property were fantastic from start to finish. This is a fantastic house with amazing hosts that cannot do enough for you. We have just come back from a wonderful Christmas! There are lots of great trips a short drive from the house and some nice walks locally. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. We will be back!

The house was immaculate and so well designed for our needs. We all had plenty of space to spread out yet could get together for meals and social activities. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for us as the three families could easily find privacy when needed for feeding the babies. We really enjoyed having our grandchildren with us in the morningRead mores before breakfast. Helen and I and the rest of our family had such a wonderful time at the house.
