To discover more about the town’s history, walk to the castle and enjoy the views of the town and the coast. This pretty property has beautiful furnishings and a nautical theme throughout the decor and boasts an attractive fusion of traditional with contemporary country-style interiors. Step through the pretty entrance porch and enter the relaxing living room, where the feature fireplace will catch the eye as you relax on comfortable seating and watch a film on the TV. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, then gather in the conservatory dining room to catch up on the day. Upstairs is an open galleried landing, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, plus a stylish shower room. Please note that the ceiling has some low beams, which is in keeping with the historic nature of the property. Outside, there’s a small courtyard garden with seating, which is a perfect spot for breakfast in fine weather.

Take a trip from the harbour at Tenby (0.5 miles) to the fascinating Caldey Island, with resident Cistercian monks and plenty of trails to explore the island and look out for wildlife. Oakwood Theme Park (11 miles) has something for thrill seekers, while for something more leisurely, access the Pembroke Coastal Path and walk the scenic trail to Saundersfoot (5 miles), a pretty town with a beautiful sandy beach.

Its a comfortable, well equipped cottage in a good location, but the things listed above were a real nuisance.

Brilliant location, comfortable bed (very important) and all the gadgets you'd need. No WiFi in property but don't let that detract from wonderful property.

We had a lovely stay in Tenby - downside was no internet (to find out about things to do) and very little mobile signal and no tourist info.

A comfortable, relaxing cottage in a quiet location but also close to the beach. T enby town is in easy walking distance. Unless you park in the nearby public carpark, only bring a small car as access to the dedicated garage is tight. This was our second visit and we felt refreshed by the end of our week there
