Lovely, quiet place to holiday and very dog safe. We loved being only 3 miles from Ludlow as that was the main area we wanted to explore. All the equipment and amenities were there in the cottage and it was beautifully warm and cosy. We enjoyed the wood burner which was a cosy addition.

Lovely, comfortable cottage, although a historcal building it had been modernised in a tasteful way in keeping with the building. The surrounding property and area was also very interesting. A week was not enough time to explore all we wanted to see. We hope to return.

Walking opportunities are good if you are happy to drive a few miles. Short walks from the property were more limited - paths were poorly marked in places and featured stiles that were well below the British Standard. We had to lift our dog over the majority of stiles we encountered. Property owner was very unobtrusive, but very helpful.
