This unique period property with its own patio garden is one of two charming cottages situated in the heart of Llwyngwril village. It provides an ideal base for both family and friends to explore the captivating coast, lush countryside, and rich culture of North Wales and Snowdonia National Park.

Step through the arched doorway into the welcoming hall, where you’ll find space for outdoor gear and four bicycle racks. You’ll find a utility area and the en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor. There’s a spacious double room with a single trundle bed and a twin bedroom. Ascend the stairs to the creative open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, set in the eaves of the old hall. The well-equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar and everything you need to make cooking a breeze. In the lounge area, relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs, listen to music, play board games, watch TV, or choose a film from the DVD library. Outside, the patio area is surrounded by mature shrubs and is a tranquil spot for al fresco dining. If you hear the sound of trickling water, it’s the mill race running past the garden on its way to the sea.

Llwyngwril offers an array of footpaths to explore, with a local pub, shop, and a rocky beach on your doorstep. Enjoy a stroll on the beach, join the coastal path, or embark on an adventure in Snowdonia National Park. The nearby town of Aberdovey (13 miles) offers various water sports activities, a bustling harbour, shops, galleries, eateries, and a championship golf course. Explore the diverse wildlife and waterways of Mawddach and Dyfi estuaries, take a nostalgic ride on the Talyllyn narrow-gauge historic railway (9 miles), or delve into the subterranean world of Corris Slate Mines (18 miles). Nature lovers will enjoy the picturesque Dolgoch Falls waterfall, 10 miles from home.
