Excellent location. Very peaceful, lovely views. Our dog loved the safe fully fenced garden. Plenty of space to park. The hut is small so having the shed with fridge freezer in was great. Also a rail to hang coats etc. The hot tub was lovely with views across the field and we appreciated the Prosecco in the fridge. It is easy to get to Hereford, RoRead moress on Wye and Ledbury. All worth visiting, Sam was very friendly and helpful. We took our own beach towels for use after the hot tub and was glad we did, even though towels are provided and dressing gowns it is hard to get anything dry if its rainy. There is a fire pit and BBQ stuff but the weather wasnt suitable so we didnt use it. We didnt need to use the log burner as we found the hut very warm and cosy even when rainy outside. Hide

Tiny but very cute and as efficient as it could be. We enjoyed the hot tub and the little bottles of bubbly in the fridge! The views are great yet Swaledale is quite close to Hereford. No room inside to "swing a cat" but that's what it says! Lots of space outside and perfectly safe for the dogs. For a couple of days a fun experience, even at our agRead moree. Hide

Perfect from start to finish. Lovely relaxing break. Totally secure for our spaniel who also loved the freedom, peace and the walks in Aconbury Woods. We cant remember last time we felt so relaxed after a weeks holiday. Highly recommend and hoping to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in Swaledale. The view was absolutely stunning, especially from the hot tub which was clean and wonderfully warm. Inside the shepherds hut, everything was there, clean and well laid out. We lit the log burner on a couple of nights and it soon warmed us up inside the hut. Our dog loved the open space, well fencedRead more in so no worries about him escaping. It was fabulous watching the owner and his dog shepherding the sheep every day. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Hide

The shepherds hut is beautiful and in such amazing grounds, which our two dogs loved zooming around the hut and sitting out watching the sheep, horses and cows. Pure relaxation.
