Stayed as a group of 4 adults and 3 toddlers. Views were fantastic and was a great base to explore the area. The local beach was great too. House itself could have been a little cleaner and was very cold on the first night whilst the heating took time to warm up. But beds and sofa comfortable with good kitchen. This is a fantastic house in an amazing position on the estuary. The layout has been well thought through providing ample space over four floors . As there were 3 generations holidaying this year it was great to have 2 areas for relaxation; the area adjacent to the kitchen and the lounge on level 2. The kitchen is well supplied with ample crockery Read moreand cooking utensils should you wish to eat in. The loan of the owners wet suits meant a morning swim across the road became a family ritual. I would not recommend this house. It was grubby and needed a proper deep clean throughout. A back window was not secure as it wouldnt latch (so could be pushed open) and numerous light bulbs were out. We left a day early due to bad weather and not wanting to stay in the house as it was. A very comfortable and well equipped house with beautiful views overlooking the estuary. Perfect position for access to beach and all amenities. Car park permits were invaluable. All wetsuits and beach equipment provided were in good condition. Good restaurants and takeaways nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea View House! We were a group of seven friends visiting Aberdovey on a swimming holiday, and it couldn't have suited us better. The house is spacious, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our seaside stay. The house is located right in the town centre on the sea front so you can easily pop to the shops Read moreor jump in the sea, and the views are spectacular. The outdoor shower and basement setup was ideal for returning post-swim rinsing off and drying kit. Hide
