We had a wonderful stay at the Oak House. It's central.location was great for exploring Ludlow and the parking permit meant parking was easy nearby, usually on the same street. The cottage itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the light sunroRead moreom off the kitchen as well as cosy evenings with the log burner on in the front room. The welcome gifts were very kind and generous. It is amazing that the cottage has its own parking space outside, thoughI was nervous of moving the car in case anyone else grabbed it. Ludlow was very busy during our stay. We ate at The Blue Boar and the Charlton Arms- both excellent. We also enjoyed a take-away from Shipla. Ludlow is a beautiful place to visit.

The property is excellent; very well equipped and surprisingly spacious for a Ludlow property, with a fantastic living area that opens directly onto the outside space. The owners are extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful, even arranging a parking permit, which was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I enjoyed our Oak House stay and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The accommodation was clean and quiet, and all appliances etc worked well. The location of the cottage is fabulous, it was so easy to walk and enjoy the centre of Ludlow. The Oak House really meets its promises. The location, one street away from the market (daily market) and the Castle, yet very quiet, is great. The house is comfy, the bedrooms are large and beds are comfy too. Bathroom is large and very efficient. The must for me is the dining room communicating with the kitchen on one hand and whith the sitting rRead moreoom on the other, with a very large window on the little court and the ceiling window. With a very grey weather as we had, it was still very bright and pleasant to live in. The house was also very clean and nothing was missing to feel like at home. I recommand it ! Hide
