Perfect place to stay. Spacious, well thought out living area with some great art and wonderful to be so near to the river and birds. We were here during very warm weather but found the downstairs bedrooms thankfully cool, and the awning on the balcony really helped to keep the upstairs cooler. An extremely well equipped and comfortable cottage right in the middle of Brecon within easy walking distance of everything including a lovely walk along the river. Although there is good parking there was no need to take out the car at all.
