Sleeping eight guests, and welcoming dogs too, the four-bedroom retreat offers sumptuous accommodation with features such as a wood burner and a gorgeous garden. Set within Bannau Brycheiniog, also known as the Brecon Beacons, it makes a perfect base for parties of friends and relatives.

Wander inside to unlace your walking boots and leave your coats in the hall before emerging in the impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Lay a fire in the wood burner in the stone chimney breast on autumn and winter evenings then gather around to watch a film on the Smart TV, play games or simply chat about your day. Let the chefs in your party find all the accessories and appliances they need in the chic kitchen area to help them cater for your party. Dine together at the great table with the bi-folding doors pulled open in the summer months to bring in a pleasant breeze. Make a cafetiere of fresh coffee then take your book through to the separate snug for a few quiet moments to yourself. There is also a utility room and a family wet room downstairs, plus access to a handy cellar with drying space. Make your way up to the first floor when you are ready for a great night’s sleep. This cottage has the wow factor from the moment you walk in! Large well equipped kitchen, a wonderful space for dining and socialising and perfect for a family celebration. Large stylish bathrooms and comfy beds. Garden perfect for the dog! Great location for Crickhowell town shops/ cafes/pubs and of course walks. We didnt need to use the cars untiRead morel we left. Spotlessly clean. Would be good to come back in warmer weather to use outside space. Thank you! Hide

Outstanding property in an ideal location. It had everything you would require for a great holiday. Beds are extra comfortable, plenty if space downstairs with a lovely sitting room for privacy should someone need it. I recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely property with everything required to cater for a family get together in the excellent kitchen area. Great sociable layout and good bedrooms/bathrooms. Lovely warm and comfortable evenings after our very wet days in the rain. Enclosed garden great for dog and children. Lovely town and area all easy walking distance. Excellent week at Plas Bach - property superb as is the location 5 mins walk from Crickhowell with its many shops/pubs/cafes etc. Gateway to the Brecon Beacons with canal 10 mins walk away. Marmite the dog loved the ample enclosed garden. Well worth the money - we've stayed in Crickhowell/Llangattock many times and this property is by far the best.

Plas Bach is a beautiful house, well-appointed and very comfortable with a mix of contemporary/old decor and furnishings to a very high standard! Wonderful property, perfect for a family and a dog! The location makes it an ideal place to explore the region with the added benefit of being within a 5 minute walk of several pubs and cafes.

What a stunning property. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Top quality equipment, bedding and beautiful bathrooms. We stayed here as a base for our daughters wedding at nearby Peterstone Court. It was perfect for our family. Our granddaughters loved the little den in the bunk bed room.
