Such a special place. We were a group of 10 adults and we visited during the midsummer weekend. Spent a lot of time in the stunning garden - but we had plenty of space to spread indoors - including the quieter lounge and the 1st floor games room with pool table. Bedrooms are generous and there are 6 toilets in total - so its a very comfortable stayRead more. The kitchen is generously stocked with pans, crockery and large platters. We did bring a few extra gadgets (hand blender etc). As you step out of the house you are on Broad street so just a stones throw from the river walk, the Charton Arms pub or 5 min the other way towards town square. We got parking just outside to offload - and then moved the cars to another car park for rest of visit. Highly recommend for large groups - the cost worked out much cheaper than if wed stayed in a hotel and was so much more special in a house with such character. Hide

We had a lovely time staying at the Town House this past week. It's in a great central location and very convenient for walking to all the local attractions without the need of a car. Some fabulous pubs, restaurants and other eateries all within a few minutes walk from the house, The Blue Boar was our favourite with a return visit and The Blood BayRead more was the perfect traditional pub if you prefer real ale. The home is spacious ,clean and well equipped with an amazing garden with beautiful spring bulbs in bloom. There are steep staircases to the upper floors so you need to be reasonably fit to get around. Parking at the property is by the hour and found using the MiPermit App very easy. We arrived in three cars and purchased 7 day parking permits for The Smithfield Car Park that was a 8 minute walk away, which we found convenient. Had a great week and would be happy to return Hide

This is a very special property and we found it warm and comfortable for 6 adults and four teenagers. It was good to have two lounges, one with snooker table. We all had our own space as well as coming together for meals in either the dining room or the kitchen. The house is perfectly situated for exploring and enjoying Ludlow. We came at February Read morehalf term with rather damp weather. If staying in fine weather, the garden will add greatly to the amenities this lovely house provides. Hide
