We had such a lovely stay at this cabin. It truly felt like a home away from home for the week. Tucked away from the world, it was peaceful and restorative. We loved listening to the birds in the day, lighting the fire in the evenings, and hearing the owls at night. Every little touch had clearly been thought through, which made the experience feelRead more so special. It is a place we will happily recommend to friends and family, and one we will remember fondly. Hide

Loved! Will definitely be going back. It was so lovely and well set up, with all the times needed for cooking and a cosy time. No internet or signal which we really enjoyed for the week. The surrounding area was perfect for exploring and easy to travel to castles and walks around. Just so special and cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful, unique place to stay. We feel very lucky to have spent a week here. Hearing ravens call as we ate breakfast on the decking and listening to the babbling brook as we relaxed in the hammock in dappled sunshine are precious memories.

Shack is amazing! My boyfriend and I booked it for my birthday and we had a great time. Place is quiet and peaceful, made me feel so relaxed, all we could hear was birds singing and wind blowing through the beautiful trees. The host went above and beyond to made us feel welcome, she even provided some bits that we needed. Hope we can go back soon!

The Wood shack is a place you will not find often. It is remote, but without being completely cut off from the world. The shack is tiny, cosy and has all the equipment one needs.
