We had high expectations for this cottage - and they were exceeded! It was a delightful place to stay over Christmas week. It easily accommodated two couples - me and my husband and my parents. The two ensuite bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our ChristRead moremas feast and the owners even provided a tree! Walking in the adjoining woodland was a real highlight for everyone. Highly recommend! A glorious cottage on the Welsh border hidden in a valley with beautiful gardens and acres of private woodland with well marked paths. Well equipped with 2 comfortable living areas, one very cosy and warm with a wood burner containing an array of very interesting books.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable with well maintained gardens. Total priavacy and quietness in an extremely rural location. We particularly enjoyed the log burning stove in the evenings and the private gardens to sit out in during the day. We appreciated the butter, cheese, milk and bread too which were left for us.

An impressive cottage in a fabulous location with beautiful kept grounds. Perfect if you are wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. A few minor issues with the TV were swiftly dealt with by the owner. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
