Lovely quiet location and a very cosy comfy cottage. The lane down to the property is narrow but it's a great location

Such a lovely cottage and so peaceful. Great views to the Black Mountains and not far to the buzz of Hay-on-Wye. Lovely area, great shops and markets. Canoe trip on Wye high recommended.

This cottage is lovely, with a secluded garden & set peacefully up on the hillside away from traffic. We enjoyed sitting on the respective garden terraces at the end of days visiting various sites. Thank you to the owner very much.

Beautiful cottage tucked away in the woods. A peaceful and comfortable escape from everything, but with good facilities nearby. Perfect. We didn't want to leave.

This is an exceptional cottage: full of character but faultlessly equipped and much less stark than most dog-friendly holiday lets. What we saw of the surrounding country through the mist and murk made us want to return and explore it in better weather. Hide
