Enjoy fabulous Welsh sea views from the decked balcony of this stunning, reverse-level home. Welcoming six guests, this spacious and plush home has lots of room for all guests to socialise together in the wonderful living space or take time out to relax in the snug room.

Entering the hallway, you can hang up your coats and place your walking boots and stick dirty clothes straight in the washer dryer found in the handy utility room on this level. The three sumptuous bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, choose from a king-size which has an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, or a twin bedroom. Completing this floor is a stylish bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs is the colourful and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Cook up delicious meals in the practical kitchen, which boasts a sociable breakfast bar. Eat together or play games around the dining table, before settling down on the comfortable sofas and admiring the far-reaching views over the village and Cardigan Bay. A separate snug area with a TV, DVD player, and cosy bean bags, is great for the children of the group to play together. Outside, you will find a large balcony with seating, the perfect spot for al fresco evening dining and morning coffees.

Situated in the bustling, coastal village of Aberdovey, you will be just 500 metres from the harbour, pubs, and a great selection of places to eat. This is a great spot for lovers of the great outdoors, with opportunities for walking, cycling, swimming, and water sports activities on the beach, coastal paths, and in the remarkable Snowdonia National Park (9 miles).

The house is in a lovely quiet location with a stunning view over the Dyfi estuary. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

Excellent coastal location . A delightfully bright welcoming home ,it has absolutely everything you may need. We love the view of the sea from the lounge and waking up to a sea view is quite intoxicating. Its situation affords a sun trap ! Weather in this region is often better than forecast and in this cottage you can appreciate beautifully warRead morem sunny afternoons all from your sofa if you wish. Yet another wonderful stay in this well appointed; well equipped and spotlessly clean cottage. The views of the beach from the lounge; kitchen and balcony are lovely and super relaxing. We enjoyed a family stay, which included a young grandchild at the very comfortable cottage in Aberdyfi. The views from the lounge and balcony are lovely though in February sometimes obscured by rain clouds. The cooking facilities are excellent with great oven/hob and plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans etc. The EV charging was easy to use after downRead moreloading app. Some of us did walk down to the village and beach but steep hill back to the cottage. This is a spectacular upside down cottage in a superb location with idyllic views of Aberdyfi beach, which we walked the length of to Tywyn twice during our stay - fabulous beach. The walk down to Aberdyfi is fairly steep so not suitable for everyone, but we managed it okay (all over 60!). Wow, what a beautiful home to bring our family, we had a fantastic bank holiday weekend stay. The rooms are clean and comfy, the balcony seating with blankets gives you best views to wake to and watch the sunsets! Our fourth time at Can-Y-Mor and as always it didn't disappoint. Comfortable and luxurious and in the most amazing location it really can't be beat. Was our second time here, and it didn't disappoint. The house is very well appointed, good quality furnishing and we had a very comfortable stay again. The stair gates kept our 15month grandson safe, there's a games room equipped with games, toys, bean bags and books. A gorgeous view from the veranda over the lovely sandy beach, a pretty walk down Read moreto the village, quite steep on way back though, could drive if had to, plenty of shops and places to eat, along with a very nice butchers. Superb location, lovely views from the balcony which was generous and had plenty of cushioned seating. Large range oven that easily catered for 6. Don't bring or buy lots of frozen food as the freezer is small, more like a large ice box, fridge was ample. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of games and books for entertainment in bad weather! Very well appointed and well equipped accommodation with lovely view to the coast from the veranda. Be warned if you have mobility issues that it is a very steep climb back up to property. We used the car, but road works meant complicated detours, and not sure how long these will be going on.

Fabulous modern, clean and spacious holiday home with everything you need and a lovely view from the balcony of the town and the sea. Aberdovey has a lovely little seafront with a gorgeous beach. Overall a very peaceful holiday and would definitely stay in the house again. It is on a steep hill so may be hard for those with mobility issues to walk Read moreback up again but you can park right outside the house and also quite easily on the seafront. Hide

Beautiful large new property with a lovely view. The walk down to Aberdovy was great - the walk back - very steep, not for the elderly or faint hearted! Wonderful place to stay however.
