Boasting modern interiors with Victorian features dotted throughout, the property seamlessly blends the old with the new to create a wonderful holiday home in North Wales.

Step into the spacious living room and you’ll find two large sofas where you can sprawl out and watch a film, or simply sit and admire the far-reaching ocean views from the window seat. In the colder months of the year, you can make use of the coal-effect gas fire to create a cosy space for relaxation. Next door, the open-plan kitchen/diner is generously sized, with natural light flooding the room making for a lovely social area, be it whilst cooking a meal or sat indulging with your loved ones. Cool, neutral colour palettes have been used throughout the property encouraging guests to switch off and truly enjoy their time away. On the first floor, there is a tasteful twin bedroom, perfect for children, as well as a contemporary bathroom. Up another set of stairs on the second floor are a further two rooms, one furnished with twin beds and the other a delightful king-size frame. Tucked away in the attic is the fourth and final bedroom with beamed ceilings, beautiful skylights and an en-suite shower room. Outside is a small but perfectly formed courtyard with plenty of space to lock away your outdoor equipment ahead of your holiday outings as well as a front terrace with seaside scenery.

Aberdovey itself lies just half a mile away where you’ll find a whole host of entertainment. You can make it to the beach to try your hand at a number of watersports such as paddleboarding, or to get competitive with a sandcastle-building competition between your friends and family. Avid golfers may wish to visit the championship links golf course in the village which not only offers a challenge, but impressive coastal scenery at every hole.
