Welcoming from the moment you arrive, this mid-terrace cottage in the coastal town of Llanfairfechan is yours for a restful break. Well-positioned for reaching beaches, activities in the Snowdonia National Park (less than 0.5 miles) and the Isle of Anglesey (12.5 miles), you’re certain to find a world of adventure to pack into every day of your holiday. Spacious inside, the property invites four guests and one dog to stay making it an ideal choice for family getaways, complete with a wood burner inside for those cosy nights and a garden at the back for BBQs and all sorts of summer fun.

This contemporary property has been thoroughly equipped with all the up-to-date appliances, including a food processor and a coffee machine in the kitchen, a Smart TV in the lounge and an Amazon Echo to play music throughout the house. The ground floor is split into three rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and a lounge, and the lounge area is where you’ll find the wood burner for a winter’s eve. Head upstairs at bedtime to find two lovely rooms, a double bedroom and a twin, each with hanging space for clothes. Both rooms are served by a single bathroom that’s also upstairs.

Take a short walk into the centre of Llanfairfechan (0.5 miles) to find pubs and shops or carry on a little further to reach the beach and the pleasant promenade (1 mile). At the family and dog-friendly beach, you can play games on the sand or embark on a walk along the North Wales Coast Path. Find time for a day trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Conwy (8 miles), a fascinating town filled with intriguing architecture and a famed castle. For another day out head towards Anglesey and explore the AONB Llanddwyn Beach (23 miles).

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location, close to the mountains, sea and Conwy. Really friendly village with a couple of nice cafes and other shops. The cottage was really comfortable with a very relaxing garden and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the very generous welcome basket. Nice to have parking at the top of the road. We really enjoyed staying in this property with our dog and hope to be back. Great location to explore the area. Well equipped, very comfortable and peaceful. 15 minute walk down to the beach, good co-op in the village and parking 30 seconds away from the house.

We really enjoyed our visit. Super cottage in an excellent location to visit Conway, Betws y coed, Bangor & our favorite Lladdwyn Island on Anglesy. A generous welcome pack, thank you . A very well prepared and managed holiday home. It's a very cosy and modern home and had everything we needed. Close to the hills and walking distance to the shops and beach. A clean and well appointed house with all modern conveniences and there was nothing that we could have asked for that was not already provided. The outside eating area was very pleasant and on warm summer evenings was a convenient and safe place for the family to use as an alternative to the dining room, or eating out.
